kak44 employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, kak44 reserves the right to take immediate protective action — including freezing the affected account — and to investigate before communicating any final determination to the Player involved.

Players who believe their account has been suspended in error are entitled to contact kak44 support at [email protected] to request a formal review of the decision. kak44 commits to responding to such requests within 5 business days (BST).

kak44 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where closure is necessary for compliance, security, or regulatory reasons. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kak44 will endeavour to resolve the matter and communicate its outcome to the affected Player within 10 business days.

Grounds for account closure by kak44 include, but are not limited to:

• Confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including chargebacks filed against legitimate kak44 transactions
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request under the kak44 Responsible Gaming programme

Where an account is closed by kak44 due to a confirmed breach of Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at kak44's discretion, subject to the specific nature of the breach. In cases of genuine error or where the closure was precautionary pending investigation that subsequently found no breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
